Customer Service Assistant – with SIA Frontline Licence

Vacancy: Customer Service Assistant (multiple vacancies)

Location: throughout London Overground  locations in Greater London

Pay: £11:02 per hour  

Job Description: The main responsibility is to assist customers travelling on the rail network, engage with passengers and enhance their travelling experience, promoting a culture of safety and security by being a reassuring presence offering help and guidance. You will assist customers with enquiries and deliver excellent customer service during periods of disruption, helping to manage crowds and assisting with onward journeys. And, of course, you’ll love meeting and getting to know people

Requirements:  must be over 18+, hold a valid Frontline SIA licence ,must have all right to work documents to work in the UK and proof of eligibility, must be available to work shifts Monday to Sunday  starting as early as 4:45am finishing at 1:45am
